Pricing and Fee Guide

To help you understand the total cost of residency at Estate at Woodmen Ridge, the following fees and charges may apply in addition to monthly rent. Some fees are optional, and others are based on usage, eligibility, or approval.

One-Time Fees

• Application Fee: $21 per applicant (18 years and older; non-refundable)
• Lease Preparation Fee: $200 (non-refundable)
• Security Deposit: Starting at $500 with approved credit

Monthly Charges

• Pet Rent (if applicable): $35 per month
• Tandem Garage (optional): $125 - $145 per month
• Non-Tandem Garage (optional): $100 - $125 per month

Utilities

• Valet Trash and Smart Home Technology Package included in rent
• Water and sewer are individually metered and billed through RealPage
• Electric and gas utilities are the resident’s responsibility and must be set up separately

Preferred Employer Program

• Eligible residents may receive a waived Lease Preparation Fee and a $99 security deposit with approved credit
