This is the best Apartment Community I've ever lived in and I've stayed at a few. Estate at Woodmen Ridge is clean, quiet, ... no bugs, no rodents and safe. The neighbors are very nice. My guests has always been able to find parking when visiting. It's close to stores. Maintenance responds to tickets quickly and always resolves the issue even though I hadn't very many issues living here. There is a patrol car that often drives through the community making sure all is safe. It's very beautiful here especially at night because of the lights and depending on where your building resides, you can see the mountains during the day. The maintenance crew and office staff at this apartment complex is unmatched - so pleasant and professional. Every maintenance ... request of mine has been completed by the next day. I requested 1 light bulb to be replaced and they replaced all the light bulbs that were out or dim in each bathroom and bedroom. We appreciate them going above and beyond! Since the first day I walked into these apartments when searching I was treated with friendly staff and eagerness to get ... me into what I call home now. Bryan helped me figure out what would work best for me. He helped me apply and get approved. I’ve lived here for 7 months now and I have nothing bad to say. Maintenance is always on top of things and very quick to respond. There are party’s for holidays and pool party’s that they throw, it’s great. Love everything about Estate at Woodmen Ridge!!
